Doctor is lovely, very helpful and skilled. Receptionist on the other hand - I’d like to know when they went to uni and passed their PHD as they seem to think they know more than the doctor and try and push you out to visit the walk in. If I want to wait four hours in a walk in centre I would of, instead of visiting my registered doctor....
Unable to get in contact to book a appointment. Surgery is dated and dirty. Only one dr? All the dr asks you to do is not book a appointment, but to email them. Then you have no response at all! . Drs language skills are very poor. When having injections dr does not sterilise before injection. Once having the injection the doctor doest treat the wound correctly. Overall experience terrible. Hours of practise dreadful. You'd get more from a third world country. Avoid like the plague!!!!
My husband recently seen Dr. Attalla with a problem that could have been serious and was impressed with the speed of service. He was referred for a scan within 24 hours and seen a consultant within 2 weeks. Surgery has been arranged within 6 weeks.
Dr. Attalla pulled out all the stops and he wasn't left waiting weeks worrying about the problem.
I've just moved to the area and read good reviews about this surgeory so I registered my newborn daughter there. How wrong I was to do so! The GP was shouting at the receptionist in front of all of the patients whilst she was on the telephone, the receptionist was so moody looking as a result, there was a half hour wait to get in and when I did get in the GP was awful! So rude! She had a go at me because I didn't bring my red book even though I wasn't told to bring it when I made the appointment, she made me feel so unwelcome and rushed me out. I'm moving doctors as a result
Good friendly staff, always been able to get appointments quite easy. Doctor is very understanding and helpful.
